AFF has several recurring events where you can find our members:

Sipping & Tying: Meet us the first Tuesday of the month at Draft + Table, 301 Main Street, North Little Rock, for our social fly tying nights which start at 6 pm. Bring your fly tying vise (or use one of ours), tying materials and hooks, order some food and a beverage and we will tie flies and trade fishing lies. We have a featured tyer who will have materials on hand to guide you through a new pattern each month. If you don't tie (yet) & just want to see how it's done, we'd love to see you. No experience necessary. There is plenty of parking on the street and in the US Bank parking lot. Members & visitors welcome. Family Friendly. 

Project Healing Waters (PHW) Little Rock. Our PHW Little Rock program for disabled veterans meets monthly. The time and location are vary based on the activity or event—these can include in person or virtual education sessions, fishing outings, fly tying, rod building, and other fly fishing events. The current calendar is available on the PHW Little Rock Facebook Page. PHW is a national program dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings. Contact us for more info on this program as a participant or volunteer. 

NEW  Women’s Program ‘Current Conversations’. This is friendly and low-key, with women of all skill levels—from beginners to seasoned anglers—coming together to chat, laugh, and unwind before AFF's regular, monthly meeting. Chat about recent fishing trips, upcoming adventures, gear recommendations, fishing tips, or even just life updates. Supportive, fun, and laid-back—no pressure, just a great chance to build friendships and encourage each other in the sport! 

Monthly Meetings. Our regular club meeting is the third Monday of the month at the Whole Hog Cafe, 2516 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, at 6 pm. Besides the opportunity to meet and socialize with AFF members, monthly meetings typically feature a presentation from knowledgeable experts on fly fishing, fly tying, fisheries management, casting, or other topic of interest to fly fishers. Board Meetings. AFF's Board of Directors meets at 6 pm on the fourth Monday of most months at Corky's BBQ, 12005 Westhaven Dr, Little Rock. Members welcome.
